Heather Stefanski is the Chief Learning and Development Officer at McKinsey & Company where she is responsible for Learning & Development for 40,000+ colleagues globally in addition to overseeing McKinsey’s People Data and Analytics Teams. Throughout her 28 years at McKinsey, Heather has held a broad range of people roles including leadership roles in talent management, talent acquisition, professional development, and learning.

Heather’s current portfolio of work includes:

  • Implementing culture of feedback purposeful apprenticeship to unlock rapid upskilling at scale with the team room
  • Pivoting the organizational orientation toward skills including implementing rolling out a skills and impact based leadership development model and an AI based credentialing platform to effectively matching talent to client team needs
  • Innovating with AI to personalize learning and enhance review processes

Heather has an MBA and an MA in Education from Stanford University, and a BS in Engineering and Operations Research from Princeton University.

Nikki Helmer

Chief Product Officer

Nikki Helmer is Chief Product Officer at Degreed, responsible for shaping our world class enterprise learning platform to help customers to pinpoint needs, personalize development and measure change. Nikki is building Degreed’s vision to enhance skills-first learning, to leverage AI responsibly and effectively across our platform and for the product development of Degreed’s all-new AI coach, Maestro.

Prior to Degreed, Nikki served as SAP’s VP of Learning and Development globally. In this role she was responsible for the functional skill development for all 107,000 employees. Additionally, for the past 3 years Nikki steered SAP's own journey to become a skills-based organization starting by establishing a common taxonomy, building consistent skill measurement, and evolving into a fully skills-based job architecture which sets the foundation for the complete suite of skills use cases across the enterprise. SAP was recognized as a lighthouse company for their skills transformation program by the World Economic Forum in early 2024.

Nikki holds a master’s in data science from the Institute for Advanced Analytics at NC State, a BSc in Business as well as a BA in Communication from the University of Maryland, College Park. She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

As one of Degreed’s earliest clients, she has been pivotal in shaping go-to-market strategies and helping our customers and organizations tackle complex challenges with future-forward, pragmatic solutions that drive culture change at scale.

Previously, Susie held many leadership roles and served as SVP of Global Learning Technology Product Management at Bank of America, where she led the enterprise-wide launch of Degreed to 300,000+ employees and advanced transformative HR initiatives. Known for her customer-first approach, Susie excels in uncovering opportunities and crafting innovative solutions to build loyalty and drive sustainable success.

Fiona Leteney

Senior Analyst, Fosway Group

Fiona Leteney is the Senior Analyst for Learning Systems at Fosway Group, Europe’s #1 HR  industry analyst. She has worked in the learning technology market since 2000, gaining a wealth of experience by either selling, implementing or managing learning solutions in a corporate context.  

Fiona joined Fosway Group in 2016 and is the primary lead on research in the Learning Systems market. She gathers vendor, customer and market insights, helping corporate clients accelerate their decision making across all aspects of next generation learning.  

Prior to joining Fosway Group, Fiona was the Global Learning Technologies Services 
Manager at healthcare provider, Bupa. As a recognized industry figure, she has been a  magazine columnist and currently judges the annual Learning Technology awards.

Todd leads Degreed’s Marketing team. His thought leadership on workforce learning and
development (L&D) has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Quartz, and The Atlantic as
well as by Chief Learning Officer, SHRM, and ATD.


Before Degreed, Todd led the enterprise learning practice at Bersin, Deloitte’s human capital
research business. He also helped bring Nomadic Learning, a pioneer in digital academies, to
market. And he launched a new corporate learning offering at global news publisher, The
Economist, where he also led strategy, M&A, and product development.

Todd has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from The George Washington
University.
