Digital transformation, COVID-19, social unrest, and other forces have disrupted how we live and work. The recent mass migration to remote employment affects wellness and highlights the need for belonging. At the same time, organizations are working harder than ever to increase diversity and inclusion among their people. Join Degreed to explore how you can use skill data to reduce bias in promotions and other career opportunities, which will allow you to make change through new learning opportunities.

During this webinar, you will hear how:

  • Companies are doing a lot to address diversity in belonging (DIB), but there are L&D strategies that many have not yet investigated.
  • Learning can address the symptoms and the root causes of bias, unfairness, and discrimination.
