Beyond Reskilling: Back to Work (On Demand)

The events of 2020 have illustrated how disruption can quickly alter where, when and how we work. Organizations previously seeking to reskill their workforces for a more automated and virtual future have accelerated their efforts, with varying results. In this webinar, we will leverage recent research from Deloitte’s Human Capital practice to explore how organizations can identify the skills and attributes that matter most in work so that development helps workers and teams to adapt, succeed, and grow:

  • How work has changed from repeatable tasks to creating value through solving unforeseen problem
  • The methods organizations are using to understand, manage and deliver work – and how those lead to different ways of developing workers
  • How one organization is helping their workers adapt to the “next normal”
