Erica Jones is a talent development and business professional with 25 years in the communication technology industry. In her current role at Verizon, Erica leads leadership development, enterprise and corporate upskilling, and learning operations. She believes there is great power in continuous learning that unlocks opportunities and breaks through barriers for people and society. She's incredibly passionate about leveraging coaching paired with inclusive leadership as a critical lever to drive employee and company success. Erica is a proud alum of the University of Washington with fields of study in business administration and finance. She is also a Certified ROI Professional (CRP).
Ashley Walvoord is an organizational scientist-practitioner responsible for architecting strategies to deliver enterprise talent objectives. At Verizon she leads performance management and development, assessments for selection and development, careers, talent intelligence and talent technology/enablement. Ashley is passionate about the art of the possible and enjoys leading a think tank of industrial organizational psychologists and talent experts to move mountains for this Fortune 23 company. The team’s work has been featured and/or recognized by industry thought leaders including i4cp, Bersin, Brandon Hall, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology and OneTen. Previously Ashley led strategy and solutions for Verizon talent acquisition, and prior to her work with Verizon, Ashley worked in consulting with military and government clients in areas of employee engagement, attrition, virtual team effectiveness, human factors and multimodal communication.
Linda Moeller is a key account director at Degreed, a pioneering learning experience and upskilling platform that connects learning to opportunities.
