How LXP is Driving Global Transformation at PepsiCo (On Demand)

As we celebrate our one year anniversary of the PepsiCo global launch of our LXP, Degreed, it’s a great time to look back and discuss best practices and lessons learned. It was the first time in recent PepsiCo history that a technology platform had concurrently launched globally. Looking back it was a huge success, and it came with its share of change and transformation. We will discuss the transformation approach and change management strategies used in our highly matrixed organization. We will also cover stakeholder strategy and how engagement within the platform itself has evolved through those leaders. While launching during a pandemic surely accelerated some aspects and brought unforeseen challenges, the lessons learned and best practices from this endeavor will extend beyond this era.

Learning Objectives:
  • Enable attendees to leverage transformation and change management for their LXP onboarding.
  • Empower leaders to actively partner with stakeholders in the business to support goals.
  • Provide an empathy network for other organizations going through similar transformations.
