The Future of AI in Learning

Time: 11 am EST

Speaker: Henning Kollenbroich

It’s time to unlock a new world of AI-driven learning experiences. AI is reshaping how people learn, lead, and perform, but not in the way you might imagine. Generic LLMs like ChatGPT and Copilot are built for answers, but the next frontier of learning AI goes beyond that. It even reaches past coaching and content creation. It’s about enabling real practice, feedback, and growth.

You’ll leave with concrete ways to:

  • Boost skill-building efficiency and employee productivity
  • Role play high-impact conversations in a low-risk environment
  • Strengthen your skill data with less manager time needed
  • Leverage new AI tools to personalize development

The Future of Skills

Time: 11 am ET

Speakers: Meghan Turjanica

Isolated skill data isn’t going to cut it. You need it to be clear, integrated, and easily accessible. Once your data is sharp and accurate, you can seamlessly personalize content and map skills to roles. See start-to-finish examples of how you can map and create a job-to-skills workflow within Degreed that will set your team up for success.

In this session, we’ll break down how to turn information into action through:

  • Skills + Content Inference: Connect what people learn to what they can do.
  • Role–Skill Workflows: Map skills directly to roles, tasks, and impact.
  • Dynamic Pathways: Create adaptive learning journeys that evolve with each learner.
