Lyne Auclair, Director, Learning Strategy, Bell Canada

Lyne Auclair is an accomplished professional and transformational leader adept at mobilizing and motivating teams. She is on a mission to empower team members to reach their career goals through purposeful, continuous, inclusive and collaborative learning.

With close to two decades of experience in the Organizational Development field, Lyne has acquired deep experience and knowledge in learning, engagement, career management, leadership development and talent acquisition.

As the Director of Learning, Lyne leads Bell’s learning strategy. She is accountable for enterprise compliance training, leadership development as well as Bell U, Bell’s virtual University. Bell U was launched in 2020 under her leadership and has resulted in reskilling hundreds of team members in digital areas including Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Cloud and Business Intelligence.

Lyne holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialty in work psychology from the University of Québec in Montréal (UQAM) as well as a bachelor’s in Science from the University of Montreal. She is also an active member of the cyber security council at Bell.

Celebrating over 25 years at Bell, she can attest first hand to the immense career development opportunities this company offers when one has the courage to seize them!

Nanette Dean, Talent & Transformation Lead, Innovapost

Nanette is the Talent and Transformation Lead at Innovapost. In this role, Nanette leads our Human Resources, Communications, and Change Management activities.

Before joining Innovapost, Nanette was a global HR leader with IBM overseeing innovative and world class solutions in their Leadership, Diversity and Talent Acquisition functions. Nanette also held national HR leadership and consulting roles with Accenture Canada. In addition to the technology sector, Nanette has also worked in the education sector as an Industrial Relations/HR practitioner and faculty member with Cape Breton University.

Nanette completed her Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Queen’s University and was also a commissioned officer with the Canadian Forces Reserves for 13 years.

Cindy Plunkett

Cindy Plunkett, Director, Learning Design and Development, PointClickCare

With over 20 years experience in online instructional design, development, and project management Cindy is a seasoned expert in learning design and development with a PhD specializing in educational technologies. She is the Canadian eLearning Conference Executive Director (https://canadianelearning.ca/), and a part-time professor in the faculty of education at Ontario Tech University teaching the Financial Management of eLearning Projects course.

Cindy has worked with three of the largest academic teaching hospitals in Canada on high profile projects like the Memory and Aging Program and the Supplementary Emergency Medicine Experience (SEME) program managing project budgets in excess of $1,000,000. She is currently the Director, Learning Design and Development for PointClickCare

Ms. Plunkett also has experience speaking and facilitating both nationally and internationally with the Learning Guild's Online Demofest, the annual DevLearn conference, Realities 360, the Canadian Moodle Moot, the Canadian eLearning Conference, and many more.

Andrew Barrett, PhD, explores how well designed learning tech can unlock better learning. He is the Senior Manager, Emerging Learning Technology at TD in Ottawa, Canada and an e-assessment focused EdTech scholar. Andrew has been helping universities, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits develop effective EdTech and IT solutions since the 1990s.

Susie Lee, Global Business Transformation Officer, Degreed

Susie M. Lee is the Global Business Transformation Officer. She oversees the portfolio management office by supporting the planning and execution of strategic, company-wide initiatives and GTM programs to deliver the best experience for our customers. Susie has been with Degreed for almost 5 years, leading other functions such as the Global Business Solutions Consulting, Client Experience and Revenue Enablement teams. Prior to joining Degreed, Susie was the SVP of the Global L&D Technology Product Management & Implementation team at Bank of America, where she successfully led the launch of Degreed enterprise wide, globally. Susie has demonstrated 20 years plus success in various leadership roles in human resources, financial services, retail, loyalty marketing and technology industry at companies such as Lombard Insurance/Fairfax Holding Company and LoyaltyOne Air Miles. Susie resides in Ottawa Canada, but worked internationally in the US and Asia.
