Patrick is the Director, Learning Solutions and a 25-year Learning and Development veteran. In his current role, Patrick is working with the Learning Services Team in delivering custom learning solutions as the project lead. Over the past 4 years here at Degreed Patrick has been in the role of Director of Client Success setting up partnerships with Strategic Accounts such as New York Life, Citi, Mastercard, Cognizant, Allegis Group to name a few. Before coming on-board to Degreed he was an Owner and President of Cognitive Learning, was in leadership positions at IPC (Director of Global Learning), Friendly’s Restaurants (Director of Learning and Development), Subway Corporate Headquarters (Manager of Worldwide Training) bringing in tears of and experience and his understanding of what clients are facing. Patrick has been recognized for his global learning solutions and continues to grow as a Learning Professional.

He is extremely passionate about delivering on the client and learners experience. When he is not at work, he is a huge hockey fan cheering on his son and watching Boston Bruins games.
