Product Education is an important part of the client journey with Degreed. We are committed to ensuring clients have the information and knowledge needed, although the delivery of that information will evolve.

We are planning a revised Degreed Ignition strategy for 2021. The ideal end state is a combination use of documentation found in the improved KC 2.0 experience, as well as videos or other visual demonstrations of key capabilities that allow you to choose the right information at the right time.
