HCM, LMS and point solutions from learning and talent are all converging around employee reskilling and career development experiences. There's lots of confusion about what systems own specific functionality, how to drive impact, account for overlapping features, and generate flexibility and resilience along with cost efficiency. To help clear things up, Leapgen and Degreed are hosting an executive-level forum that’s going back to the basics.
Please join Jason Averbook, leading industry analyst, HR futurist, CEO and Co-Founder of Leapgen, Danny Abdo, former practitioner, executive technology consultant and VP of Solutions Engineering at Degreed, along with Jim Holincheck, leading industry analyst and VP of Advisory Services at Leapgen, as they facilitate an action-packed discussion (and debate) on workforce experience and technology that will set your organization up to accelerate into 2021, including:
1. A vast array of vendors are offering skills clouds, skills engines and skills ontologies. What is (or should be) the system of record for skills?
2. Where (and how) do point solutions add value in the employee experience — and where do all-in-one solutions make better sense?
3. How can HR, talent and learning technology buyers differentiate vendors based on data and AI or machine learning capabilities?
4. What's the value of a learning experience platform (LXP) if my HCM or LMS offers similar features for learning, skills or careers?
5. How should we determine which system to use for what functionality if our HCM, talent and learning solutions are all offering similar features?
6. How should HR, talent and learning leaders be working together to better connect talent acquisition, management and development experiences?
