Joanna Lacey_Allegiance Bank

Joanna Lacey, Director of Learning & Development, Allegiance Bank

Joanna Lacey believes her purpose is to help people unleash their potential through understanding and improving their mindset, behaviors and performance. She currently fulfills her passion for people and organizational development as an SVP and Director of Learning and Development for Allegiance Bank.

Prior to joining Allegiance, Joanna served as a Senior Talent and Organizational Development Consultant at BOK Financial, and as a Strategist for BrandExtract in Houston, Texas. Joanna also worked as a Regional Director for the University of Phoenix supporting the Central region, which included Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, and Nevada.

Joanna has utilized her experience in leadership, management, growth strategies, and change management to consult senior leadership on improving performance and achieving consistent results. She is a future-focused, strategic leader that fosters cross-functional collaboration, and has the proven ability to build effective, profitable relationships.

Joanna has a Masters in Psychology from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Design and Craft from Robert Gordon University and a certification in Change Management from ProSci. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with ICF, a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, an Advanced Emergenetics Associate and an Emotional Intelligence Consultant.

Joanna is the recipient of the Director of the Year awards, and a graduate of an Executive Development Program. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Houston Organizational Development Network. Most recently, Joanna completed the Thought Leaders Institute with GHWCC.

Joanna lives in Katy, Texas. When not working, Joanna enjoys running, yoga, reading, watching live music, seeing movies and spending time with her wonderful husband and son.

T.J. Hodges_American Airlines

T.J. Hodges, Senior Specialist, Global Learning Applications, American Airlines

T.J. Hodges is personally invested in learning accessibility and views online learning and content curation platforms as an equalizing force in corporate learning. T.J. has worked in Learning Solutions at American Airlines for 11 years, but he’s been a proud member of the American team since 1995. In 1998, he took a military leave of absence to serve in the U.S. Air Force. T.J. was a member of the first aircrew to fly active missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. When he returned to American Airlines in 2002, he resumed his entry level position in Reservations. Since then, T.J. has been privileged to work in a variety of positions in five different departments, and he earned his reputation for teamwork and optimism in each. Today, T.J. brings his 26 years of varied experience — and a natural gift for generating energy and engaging enthusiasm — to his work In Learning Solutions.

Alexa Mohan_Third Fifth

Alexa Mohan, Assistant Vice President, Learning Consultant, Fifth Third Bank

Alexa is a Learning Consultant at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Adoption workstream lead for Degreed’s launch at the Bank. She has 7 years in Learning and Development, 4 years in Project Management, and a degree in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio. Alexa is most energized by work that influences people to take action to grow and realize their potential with simple techniques that set the foundation for long-term habits.

At Fifth Third, Alexa became a Certified Practitioner for Human-Centered Design through LUMA Institute’s Practitioner Development Program, and also serves on the regional Young Professional Business Resource Group’s (YPBRG) Employee Development Committee.

When not working, Alexa enjoys spending time with her husband and son (most recently – a monster truck show!), CrossFit, and dusting off her old recipes from when she owned a local cupcake business.

Sarah Petsis, Director of Client Success, Degreed

Sarah Petsis is the Director, Client Success for Strategic Accounts at Degreed, a lifelong learner, and serial optimist. She has spent her career in academic leadership, EdTech and HR consulting, most recently at LinkedIn Talent Solutions; helping organizations across all industries succeed in building talent, learning and skills strategy, aligning culture, and growing results. When she's not traveling the globe with her family, you’ll find her practicing yoga, reading a book, or baking. She hails from Austin, Texas, and now lives near her alma mater in Ann Arbor, Michigan (GO BLUE!).
