Dr. Parker is a thought leader in creating data driven organizations, analyzing learning trends, and building people capability. Having received her PhD from Wayne State University, Dr. Parker is a recognized speaker within the performance improvement industry and serves as data and analytics adjunct faculty at LaSalle University and a consultant to Becker Educational Services.
