Holly Travis Has worked with Intel for 23 years, spanning 3 career tours. The first tour was spent enabling Intel’s Industry leading Supply Chain as a Data Architect, Program Manager and a People Manager. She then evolved into a Business Development Manager where she cultivated critical business unit customer relationships for an internal manufacturing supplier start-up. In 2016, Holly landed her dream job in the HR Talent Organization, where she pairs her expertise in Program and People Management with her passion for developing high performing people and teams. She’s currently leading the XLT Strategy and Enablement Organization where she heads up several learning functions including Tech Innovation and Infrastructure, Marketing and Adoption, Design and Program Mgmt. Services, and Learning Data and Measurement. In her personal life, Holly enjoys spending time with her family and beloved 9-year-old Dachshund “puppy” and can often be found on the golf course or nerding out on puzzles.

Peter Fox joined Citi Headquarters in New York in 2017 to lead the Global Digital Learning and Talent Technology functions. In his role, Peter is leading a Global team to transform the way Citi deliver learning and performance support to Citi employees globally, in a personalized way at the point of need.

Prior to joining Citi, Peter worked at Credit Suisse for 7 years, the latter part spent as Global Head of On-Line Academy. Based in London then Zurich, Peter set the vision and strategy, then transitioned the firm's digital learning platform and solutions into leading-edge, cloud-based, collaborative mobile solutions.

Peter has also held several management positions for leading digital learning consultancies in London and Australia where he led and managed large scale digital learning and communication projects for a range of multi-national organizations across a range of industries.

Collin has a background in software development, IT consulting, management consulting, SaaS, predictive analytics, and AI. Recently, he has worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Lattice Engines, a software startup focused on AI business solutions, joining Degreed after they were acquired. He is passionate about learning new things and driving business value for customers and prospects. He has lived on three continents, loves to travel, play sports, and spend time with his family. He currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and four kids.
