Michelle Williamson, Senior Manager - Learning Technology, The Boeing Company

Michelle Williamson is the Senior Manager of Learning & Development Technology at the Boeing Company. Michelle and her team are responsible for strategy, execution and sustainment of enterprise learning technologies that support the overall Learning Ecosystem. In her role, she utilizes architectural best practices, user-centric design framework, and agile methodologies to deliver overall value to the business. She provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes leading the technology ecosystem that creates building blocks for the Enterprise Foundation of Learning. She has held previous leadership roles in Information Technology including Service Management, Security & Compliance, and Finance Systems. Michelle has a Master’s degree in Business Administration; with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and Project Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; with an emphasis on Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). She holds various certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Michelle has a passion for helping others learn and grow through coaching and mentoring and leading the Learning & Development Technology organization allows her to combine her skills and passion to help learners across Boeing.

Mike Whitesell

Mike Whitesell, Director, Strategic Talent Technology, AmerisourceBergen

Mike has spent the last 20 years in the learning and talent management space with a consistent focus on technology and a passion for user experience and employee development. He has worked in a variety of industries, including higher education, pharma, medical device, manufacturing, and supply chain. Currently, Mike leads the overall technology strategy for the talent ecosystem at AmerisourceBergen, including Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. Mike and his family live in Nashville, TN, where they can usually be found at soccer games or camping and fishing at one of the many state parks in the area.

Todd

Todd Tauber, SVP Strategy, Degreed

Todd Tauber is the VP of Product Marketing at Degreed. His thought leadership on corporate learning and development (L&D) has been featured by Chief Learning Officer magazine, SHRM and the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as well as in The Atlantic, Quartz and The Wall Street Journal.

Prior to joining Degreed, Todd led the enterprise learning practice at Bersin by Deloitte, Deloitte Consulting's human capital research business. He also led business development at Nomadic Learning, a start-up creating social / mobile tools for leadership development. And he launched a new corporate learning business at The Economist, the global news publisher, where he also led strategy, M&A and product development.

Todd has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from The George Washington University.

Danny Abdo

Danny Abdo, VP Global Business Solutions, Degreed

Danny Abdo is a results driven executive that specializes in strategic Learning & HR solutions and technologies. Daniel Abdo is currently SVP of Global Business Solutions at Degreed.

Before joining Degreed, Danny served as Senior Vice President in Bank of America’s Global Learning Organization for 4 years. At Bank of America Danny lead a number of teams, functions and strategies including Vendor Management, Employee Experience and Product Management for learning.

Prior to Bank of America Danny served as co-founder and executive vice president of a global workforce performance consulting firm and has led dozens of learning and HR strategy & technology based initiatives for Fortune 500 companies throughout his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM.
