Ray Stevens is Global Head of Talent Management at State Street and oversees a team responsible for succession planning, talent reviews, rotational development programs, assessments, coaching, mentoring, and more. He is the key liaison from the Talent Development & Learning team to State Street’s Talent Marketplace, which upskills and reskills talent to take on new, internal positions. Until recently, Ray served as VP, Corporate Learning, leading a team which partners with business leaders to understand their needs and provide broadscale learning solutions around the world.
Ray’s deep background in talent development and learning in the financial, insurance, and retail industries has helped organizations thrive during change and challenging situations including transformation, offshoring, and COVID-19. His HR experience encompasses business partnership, performance management, employee training, management/executive development, recruitment strategies, onboarding, employee engagement surveys, HR technology, and employee communications.
Ray serves on the Steering Committee for the New Talent Management Network Boston City Group, and lives in central MA. He enjoys being active when outdoors and checking out new movies and streaming series when indoors.
Isabel Sapriel is the Director of Embedded Solutions at Visier, responsible for delivering custom and integrated analytics solutions to partner organizations and their customers. Previously, Isabel led People Analytics and Talent Insights for Whole Foods Market, owning employee data and analytics as well as employee surveys and assessments for their 100k employees. Isabel has a background in education policy as an appointee to the US Department of Education by former President Barack Obama and in non-profit management, as a practitioner and board member. Isabel earned her MBA at the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business and graduated Summa Cum Laude in International Affairs at the University of Arizona Honors College.
Kristi Broom is a L&D leader with 20+ years of experience, including time at Citi and Anthem, designing and executing learning technology strategy and solutions. Her expertise lies in managing complex projects and hitting deadlines. A true promoter of lifelong learning, Kristi serves as a mentor for MNCAPS, a program that fully immerses students in a professional culture while receiving high school and college credit.
