Becoming a Better Leader in Nine Steps

How can you lead others if you can’t lead yourself? As Stedman Graham says, you can’t give what you don’t have. This core philosophy guides his inspiring Identity Leadership Nine-Step Success Process, which he’s been teaching for 30 years. In his view, leadership is everything, and we’re bringing this methodology to LENS to help you provide your team with the most effective leadership possible. It’s good for your people, and it’s good for the organization’s bottom line.
