Michele Beane Ricchiuto

Michele Beane Ricchiuto | Director, Global Learning and Development at Allstate

Michele Ricchiuto joined Allstate in 2019 and leads a global learning organization for Allstate Enterprise Solutions, which includes the company’s more than 7,000 technology professionals in North America, Northern Ireland and India. Michele is seasoned L&D leader with 25 years of setting strategy, driving large-scale change initiatives and leading teams. In her role leading the AES L&D Organization, Michele is responsible for bringing the learning vision and capabilities to help Allstate technologists build world-class skills needed to drive digital transformation across the enterprise. In the past 3 years, she built a global learning and development function with a Technical Academy focused on upskilling and reskilling the technology workforce.

Prior to joining Allstate, she spent 15+ years at Bank of America in various strategy, workforce transformation, process design and learning leadership roles. Michele has a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Workplace Learning and Leadership Development from the University of Pennsylvania. She also received an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. She has her undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University and is six sigma, black-belt certified. Michele is a life-long learner and is currently enrolled in two evening classes. She is an exercise and yoga enthusiast. She is active in her community of Charlotte, North Carolina, serving on local boards. She and her husband, Chris, have two children (Jonah and Sofia).

Sean Hudson

Sean Hudson | VP, Learning and Development at Pfizer Inc.

Sean Hudson is Vice President, Global Head of Learning and Development in the Pfizer Digital organization. Sean oversees the integration of digital technology, colleague-centered learning experiences, and advanced analytics to transform how Pfizer’s 80,000+ colleagues and leaders grow and deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.

Prior to leading Learning and Development, Sean held leadership positions in Marketing, Business Strategy and Global Commercial Operations in his 19 years at Pfizer. Before joining Pfizer, Sean held roles of increasing responsibility in Banking and Brand Management at the First National Bank of Chicago, Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Sean is an advisor to Lab Central Ignite, a first-and-only-of-its-kind platform that is addressing systemic racial, gender, and other underrepresentation in talent across the life sciences and the biotech industry. He is also passionate about mentoring and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Mentoring Partnership.

Sean is an alumnus of Morehouse College and the University of Michigan, Graduate School of Business (Ross). All that Sean pursues and achieves is because of his 3 reasons why – his wife Karen and their sons Julian and Clay.

Jen Grubich

Jen Grubich | CLO at Cigna

Jennifer Grubich is the Chief Learning Officer for Cigna. Jen is responsible for the system-wide development and ongoing management and optimization of Cigna’s learning strategies, policies, practices and programs, and for building the learning culture required to accelerate Cigna’s growth.

Prior to Cigna, Jen had a successful 18 year career at PNC Bank Corp. At PNC Bank, she held numerous roles of increasing responsibility, including 13 years in learning and development leadership roles. In her most recent role as SVP, Learning and Development, Jen was responsible for leading the company’s enterprise learning & development function where she had oversight into the design, development, curation and delivery of learning to build the skills and knowledge of 65,000 employees. Under Jen’s leadership, PNC was recognized with seven industry awards within two-year period, three Brandon Hall (2019 and 2020) awards, Telly (2021), and two Horizon Interactive (2021) and Learning Impact (2021) awards. Additionally, Jen has been individually recognized with a Gallup Great Workplace manager and Gallup Inclusion Index (respect, strengths, and trust score) awards as well as recipient of Training Magazine Top 125 Outstanding Training Initiative Award in 2011 for her leadership of PNC’s Retail Development Program.

Jen holds her MBA from Baldwin Wallace with a concentration in HR where she was honored in 2007 with Northern Ohio Live’s Rainmaker scholar award. Additionally, she holds a B.A. in Public Communications, Journalism, and English, from Ashland University where she was a 4-year letter winner for playing soccer.

Jen is married with two children and resides in Cleveland where she and her husband own a Christmas tree farm. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering her time coaching and mentoring youth through local sports education programs and supporting local fundraising events for her school district.

Traci Sanders

Traci Sanders | VP-Global Head of DE&I at Verizon

Traci Sanders is the VP-Global Head of DE&I responsible for developing company-wide diversity and inclusion programs, working with recruiting to develop talent pipelines, diversity metrics and reporting and returns on investment, and overseeing training and development programs. In addition, she manages the Supplier Diversity program within Verizon and the Employee Relations function, ensuring the communication with employees regarding employee relations concerns; providing guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues as well as assisting managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, discipline, and related topics. She also counsels employees on concerns related to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other similar federal and state laws.

Prior to this, Trace was Vice President—Compensation, responsible for broad-based compensation strategy as well as Merger Integrations. Responsibilities included all policies and procedures related to pay, pay equity analysis, year-end compensation practices and integration/divestiture of businesses into/out of Verizon. Prior to this Traci was Executive Director—HR Business Strategy, responsible for Verizon’s HR strategy for acquisitions and divestitures.Also, Traci Sanders was Executive Director—HR Business Partner, responsible for supporting talent management, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness for Verizon Partner Solutions and Business Transformation. In addition, she has also supported the Verizon Enterprise Solutions team prior to this role.

Traci was also Executive Director-- Systems and Operations. In this role, she was responsible for delivering common HR Processes and systems to maximize efficiencies and streamline the customer experience. Prior to this role, Traci worked as Executive Director—Total Rewards for Verizon Business. In this role she managed the global Total Rewards team and was responsible for broad-based compensation, sales compensation, benefits, business integration, and recognition.

Traci started her career with Hallmark Cards, Inc. She holds a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Florida A&M University. She is the wife to Shane Sanders and mother to Ariel, Andrea, and Andrew.
