His tenure at Colgate Palmolive spans over 16 years. Brad’s career at Colgate began as a Senior Brand Manager during which he had oversight of different consumer product lines.
Brad’s success titles at Colgate Palmolive were Worldwide Marketing Director, Global Marketing and then Worldwide Director, Marketing Strategy and Effectiveness.
In his current role as Chief Learning Officer with Colgate Palmolive, Brad has been able to use his deep and varied knowledge of this formidable, consumer goods company to inform his People Centric approach. In doing so, he can ensure that the company keeps pace with talent acquisition and development in the ever-evolving digital world in which we live.
Brad hails from South Africa, has an MBA from Henley Business School and has pursued Executive Education through the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Todd Tauber

Todd Tauber leads Degreed’s Strategic Advisory Services + Solutions team. His thought leadership on workforce learning and development (L&D) has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Quartz and The Atlantic as well as by Chief Learning Officer, SHRM and ATD.
Before Degreed, Todd led the enterprise learning practice at Bersin, Deloitte’s human capital research business. He also helped bring Nomadic Learning, a pioneer in digital academies, to market. And he launched a new corporate learning offering at The Economist, the global news publisher, where he also led strategy, M&A and product development.
Todd has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from The George Washington University.
