Amritha has a background in Computer Science, and began her career in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs and Berenberg Bank, where she gained insights into the operations, business models and people strategies of hundreds of corporate clients ranging in size and industry. In 2017, Amritha embarked on a new career focused on developing talent in organizations. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about and a thought-leader in the training, coaching and development of her team members, alongside her day-to-day roles. She likes to instil curiosity, engagement and a continuous learning mind-set in others. At BAT Amritha looks after the Digital Learning portfolio for the global workforce, focussed extensively on fostering a strong learning culture, and making learning fun and exciting using principles of user experience and graphic design, and influencer marketing. Ina Bajwa, Sr. Director and Global Head of Learning, Organisation & Leadership Development, Tata Communications

Ina Bajwa is a senior HR leader with 15+ years of diversified experience across multiple sectors and geographies. She is recognised as a strong leader of global teams, who pioneers thought leadership, works in an agile fashion and displays passion, creativity, cultural sensitivity, and business acumen to help organisations gain competitive people advantage. She currently heads Learning & Development for Tata Communications. In this role, she is responsible for devising and implementing a forward-looking learning and development strategy to enable continuous upskilling, re-skilling and cross-skilling efforts to create a sustainable business impact. She has worked closely with business leaders to establish and scale new businesses in the IoT, Managed Security Services, Cross-border Mobility and SaaS domains in India , APAC , UK and US geographies and has been at the forefront of driving new-age talent management. Prior to her current role, she led Tata’s HR for Products & Corporate functions across the globe. She is also a certified coach and a Hogan certified practitioner.

Dr. Parker is a learning and development leader at Ford Motor Company with responsibility for the transformation and integration of learning technology platforms and services. She is an experienced human performance strategist, data professional, instructional designer, and leadership coach with 10+ years in the field of instructional design and talent analytics. Dr. Parker is a thought leader in creating data driven organizations, analyzing learning trends, and building people capability. Having received her PhD from Wayne State University, Dr. Parker is a recognized speaker within the performance improvement industry and serves as data and analytics adjunct faculty at LaSalle University and a consultant to Becker Educational Services.
