Chris Funk, SVP Talent & Performance Platforms, Citi

The common thread throughout Chris’ career has been applying technology to solve business problems and he is currently focused on Skills-driven Learning, Development and Career Mobility. Chris’ team is actively partnering with Degreed, Workday and across Citi to build foundational knowledge in skills management, deploy skills-driven strategies and influence the development of the technologies that will enable Citi to be a skills-driven organization.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management from the Florida State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

He is currently based in Tampa, Fl and spends his free time on the bay with family & friends.

Regina Durante, HR General Manager, Lojas Renner

Regina Frederico Durante is General Manager of People and Development at Lojas Renner S.A. since April 2018. Regina has over 25 years of experience, having worked in both business and HR areas. She started her career in business at HP Brasil and later changed to HR where she experienced different areas and led HR teams in companies in the financial market such as Orbitall, Banco Santander Banespa, Brasilprev, and Serasa Experian. In 2012, she started working at Kornferry International, where she remained for 6 years leading the practices of Leadership & Talent Consulting for retail, consumer goods and industry in general. She holds a degree in journalism from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo with a postgraduate degree in business management at Fundação Santo André and an MBA from Ibmec-SP, as well as courses in digital transformation from Berkeley College.
Ryan Arpin_ Ibotta

Ryan Arpin, Sr. Manager, Learning & Development, Ibotta

Ryan Arpin joined Ibotta in 2020 as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development. In her role, Ryan partners closely with leaders in the People Team and across the organization to design and deliver training programs. Before Ibotta, Ryan was at Epsilon working in a variety of L&D roles to support the sales and technology teams. In her spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with her twin boys, husband, and dog.
