The common thread throughout Chris’ career has been applying technology to solve business problems and he is currently focused on Skills-driven Learning, Development and Career Mobility. Chris’ team is actively partnering with Degreed, Workday and across Citi to build foundational knowledge in skills management, deploy skills-driven strategies and influence the development of the technologies that will enable Citi to be a skills-driven organization.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management from the Florida State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
He is currently based in Tampa, Fl and spends his free time on the bay with family & friends.
Ryan Arpin joined Ibotta in 2020 as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development. In her role, Ryan partners closely with leaders in the People Team and across the organization to design and deliver training programs. Before Ibotta, Ryan was at Epsilon working in a variety of L&D roles to support the sales and technology teams. In her spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with her twin boys, husband, and dog.
