She is a business-focused professional, and she is passionate about the future of work. Through a career spanning more than 30 years in the financial services and learning industries - including five years as the Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group - Gina has developed deep expertise in business leadership, human-centered design and predicting and developing skills for the future. She has a proven track record of creating and driving strategies and solutions that make an impact, and she has led her teams to win more than 20 global awards.

Gina is an industry strategist and a Professor or Practice in Future Work & Skills at International Business University. She is a Board Member for the Students Commission of Canada, and she sits on the executie advisory boards for various learning, technology and professional networks.

Gina holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, and she is a curious explorer who tries to learn at least one new thing each day.

Lori is a senior learning strategist with 25 years of L&D experience across many industries, including international banking, management consulting, and marketing.

Her specialization is large-scale digital learning and skill-based transformations. She is passionate about helping companies navigate through the ambiguity of change and acts as a trusted adviser to Fortune 500 CLOs around the world.

After leading and completing numerous EdTech implementations, Lori has developed the data-based methodologies and frameworks that will empower your L&D teams to move from business support function to strategic business driver.

She is the LinkedIn author of "Data-Driven Learning Design" and "Upskilling and Reskilling Your Organisation" (combined 80,000 completions).

Currently based in Toronto, Canada with one foot in Europe.

Susie Lee

Susie Lee

SVP & Client Innovation Officer at Degreed

Susie Lee is SVP and Client Innovation Officer at Degreed where she is responsible for the company’s go-to-market, customer-first strategy, building executive relationships, and driving innovation among some of the most influential and strategic global Degreed customers. She also leads on the Degreed Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Community programs. Since joining Degreed, Susie has been instrumental in bringing the company to “unicorn” status by scaling the Client Experience, Pre-Sales Engineering and Enablement functions, and she helped to expand Degreed outside of North America into global markets: EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Susie has more than 25 years of experience in various leadership roles across SaaS EdTech, Financial Services, Loyalty Marketing, Product Development/Management, and Retail. Prior to joining Degreed, she was the Senior Vice President of Global HR, L&D Technology Product Management and Initiatives at Bank of America where she was responsible for all Learning Technologies, and Innovations and led the HR Transformation initiative to launch Degreed enterprise-wide to more than 300,000 global employees.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree at Queen’s University and post-graduate certifications for Product Management, Direct Marketing, and Database Marketing at York University Schulich School of Business. Susie resides in Ottawa with her family but has previously worked in the U.S. and APAC.
