Elizabeth Barisik is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships. In her role, she spearheads initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
Elizabeth is a results-oriented go-to-market leader with a background in product and data analytics. She has worked across big tech and consultancies before transitioning to a high-growth startup. Her breadth of experience spans strategic insights and hands-on problem-solving, which she now applies to drive meaningful growth and transformation through partnerships.
Elizabeth is also a passionate advisor to startups, always interested in connecting with forward thinkers—including investors, founders, and leaders—who are dedicated to reimagining the future of learning and work.
Darby Coleman
Senior Director, TED@Work
As Senior Director of TED@Work, Darby Coleman is focused on bringing the power of TED into the workplace - engaging employees, shifting culture and driving meaningful discussion. Her 15 years of experience in leadership and team development, skill-building and strategy development brings a mindset that spans both the strategic and tactical to lead the TED@Work team. As Degreed alumni, Darby is also uniquely positioned and passionate about ensuring our shared clients are able to leverage TED to create engagement with learning in Degreed.
Marissa Mierow
Vice President of Product Management, Pearson
Marissa Mierow is Vice President of Product Management in Pearson’s Workforce Skills division, where she leverages her 20 years of experience driving innovation and growth in technology companies. Throughout her career, Marissa has led teams and launched products for renowned brands such as NewsCorp’s Realtor.com, Amazon, Microsoft, and The Learning Company. She has built new business lines from the ground up, where her focus on the customer drove the vision and execution of her products. She brings expertise in product strategy, customer engagement, and leading global teams in product, marketing, and analytics, and has a personal passion for helping learners of all ages to achieve success.
