Rich has nearly 20 years experience of in L&D and Operational Leadership covering the banking, luxury fashion, hospitality and tech industries. Before joining Degreed in 2022 as a Client Success Director in EMEA he led the Global Digital Learning, Leadership Development and Apprenticeships teams at Burberry. Previously, he set up the first Digital Academy at Virgin Trains which introduced the first immersive safety experience for platform staff and an award winning digital onboarding experience.
He grew interested in the future of work and knew value lay in the flow of skills in, out and around the companies he worked with and that it was key to future proofing any organisation. This made the natural next step to Degreed an easy one and now he gets to work strategically with our largest clients to do exactly that.
