Aligning HR with Career Experiences (On Demand)

Workforce experience can keep people in the organization, empower them to do their jobs more productively, build on their strengths, and focus their talent and skills on the outcomes that create value. HR can offer tools, implement processes, and shepherd programs in support of workforce experience, but those things need to be aligned with workers’ and managers’ values and habits to deliver meaningful impact. That kind of alignment between HR and the workforce requires an intravenous conduit to deliver capabilities. And that conduit is workforce technology.

Please join Leapgen's Jim Holincheck, VP of Advisory Services & Jess Von Bank, Head of Marketing and Danny Abdo, Vice President of Solution Engineering at Degreed for an engaging discussion about why there needs to be a shift in our focus to the recipients of the experience we deliver. They will discuss how the focus of HR technology investments needs to shift to generating value for the workforce, the ultimate beneficiary of its intended outcomes.

This shift includes a change in mindset, design approach, toolset, and measurement of effectiveness. From personas and journey maps to leveraging data and diverse ecosystems for personalized learning and career growth, it’s imperative to understand the key ingredients of the most important investment you can make: the skills and agility of your workforce.
