Marsha Parker, New Technologies & Customer Experience Manager, Ford Motor Company

Dr. Parker is a learning and development leader at Ford Motor Company and currently leads the transformation of digital services and platforms for the Global Talent organization. With 10+ years in the field of instructional design and analytics, she is an experienced performance strategist, instructional designer, data scientist, and leadership coach. Dr. Parker is a thought leader in analyzing learning trends, shaping digital platforms, creating data-driven organizations, and building internal people capability. Having received her PhD from Wayne State University (2014) in Instructional Technology & Design, Dr. Parker is a recognized speaker in the field of digital learning and serves as adjunct faculty at LaSalle University, as well as, lead researcher on a Ford funded post-doctoral study at Purdue University for shaping future learning technologies.


Kelly Palmer, CLO, Degreed

KELLY PALMER is on a mission to change the way the world learns. A well-known thought leader on learning, business, and career development, she is currently on the executive team of Degreed and was formerly the chief learning officer of LinkedIn. She is the co-author of the book The Expertise Economy: How the smartest companies use learning to engage, compete, and succeed which was named one of the best business books of 2019. She speaks regularly at companies and business conferences around the world, has been featured in Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, Inc, and Barron’s among others. Kelly lives in San Francisco.



Sarah Danzl, Communications & Client Advocacy, Degreed

Sarah has been actively involved in the learning space for 12 years, leading marketing and communications efforts in both corporate and startup capacities. She currently leads the PR, Communications and Client Advocacy teams at Degreed.

Prior to Degreed, Sarah served as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Xyleme, helping grow their comprehensive authoring system into the leading LCMS provider.

When she’s not developing new content, she can be found experimenting with new recipes, getting involved in a local nonprofit, or walking her two pitbulls at the base of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado.
